Who is responsible

Information and purposes

When you contact us or place an order, we use your contact details, delivery information, order details and correspondence to answer you, fulfil your order, handle returns and keep required business records. Contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests such as fraud prevention are the relevant bases, depending on the use. Optional marketing requires the appropriate permission.

Service providers

Payment providers process payment details; we do not receive your full card number. Our contact and wholesale forms send your enquiry to our team by email through Resend. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Hosting, order storage, delivery and email providers may process information needed for their services. Our operator is based in Thailand, and processing may occur outside the European Economic Area. Where EU GDPR transfer rules apply, appropriate safeguards are required.

Analytics and shopping assistant

We use Google Analytics for website measurement with the consent choices described in our cookie policy. Our IntellextAI shopping assistant processes the messages you choose to send to answer product and delivery questions. Avoid entering card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in chat. Contact our team directly for order-specific assistance.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for order support, legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. You may ask to access or correct your information, request erasure or restriction where applicable, object to certain processing and withdraw consent for optional uses. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
